A waste of money
Product is a waste of money... very weak signal... quality of sound is pathetic... I tried several settings .. they ranged from bad to worse. Save your money and spare yourself the disappointment
Great product for the price
I am really enjoying this product. I use it with my IPhone and it works well. The sound isn't perfect, but it is sufficient for having the option to play music over my car radio speakers. I would recommend this product if it doesn't matter if you have the greatest quality of sound, but if you do want the best, then I wouldn't recommend you purchasing it. It works ok for me. Instructions are easy to follow and there was no difficulty with the hook up.
Low-cost gadget to play iPod through Car Speakers
I've really wanted to be able to play my iPhone/iPod through my car speakers, after its cassette deck gave out. I had not heard of this product or company before, but for the price thought it might be worth a try. On the plus side, it does work, the setup was dirt simple, and the display and controls work well. iPhone users with the special headphone/mic plug should be aware they'll need an adapter. The quality of the sound was a bit disappointing, although not terrible. The signal seems a bit weak and the volume was somewhat low. The quality of the sound wasn't as good as I had hoped for. It doesn't match what you would expect to hear if listening to the same song on the radio.
Overall, if you want a low-cost easy to use iPod/MP3-player FM transmitter for occasional use, it's not bad, but look elsewhere if you expect higher quality sound for frequent use.
