Music in my car!
This is a pretty decent alternative to having a ton of cd's. It allows you to use a usb drive to play music OR plug in your mp3 player! It also has a handy remote which might sound useless but actually comes in handy when you are driving. It allows you to pick any song from your list of songs on the usb drive or mp3. Also it has a channel function that allows you to better the quality of sound. Don't expect this to sound awesome coming out of a sound system, but definitely decent quality!
Great product
This item works great. The price was right, too. I bought several for family members. The exact item costs $20.00 more in an Improvements catalog I receive each month.
Will work if you never unplug
The product itself worked as described - very simple to use and picked up the Mp3's on the USB with ease. But, on the 4th time disconnecting from my cigarette lighter, the casing opened up and the fuse and attached components fell out. I could not put them back together since the casing was separated and duct tape just does just not seem like a safe feasible option. It would probably be fine if it was always left in your cigarette lighter and not taken out.
P.S. There is a slight, "hum," behind the music when used as well.
